Following Berlin with Raf Simons, Copenhagen with Andreas Emenius and Los Angeles with Mike D, the Avant/Garde Diaries global event series lands in London for Fashion Week, this time collaborating with the dastardly and fantastical food visionaries, Sam Bompas & Harry Parr.
Bunkered beneath Selfridges, the British culinary arts duo have created the Mercedes Drive-Thru, an unimaginable installation of food, drink, lights and performance to take you on a gastronomic tour unlike anything else. Collaborating with light artists Jason Bruges Studio, this is all about pushing food into the future, an emotionally eruptive food experience.
In partnership with The Avant/Garde Diaries, On Plate, Still Hungry will be creating a series of specially commissioned content, film and photography to celebrate this truly insane event which Bompas & Parr have promised is their most ambitious and feral project yet.
